DSM Botanical Gardens Yoga

Join me for a magical flow at the Des Moines Botanical Gardens! This class is the perfect mini getaway providing a tropical and nature centered ambiance!  We'll flow through traditional yoga poses that incorporate the whole body.  Modifications and positive affirmations always provided. Bring your own mat and props if available!
